1. Items not always in stock.
We are a small distributor and do not keep a large stock. If your item is not currently in stock, we can usually have it in about a week. Once we have a larger customer base, we will stock more items.
2. Shipping fees.
We charge the exact shipping fee for the item(s) that you have ordered. This will require us to package the shipment and have it checked at the Post Office for final pricing. We will then inform you of the exact final price.
3. Deposit required on all items.
We require a 50% deposit on all items at the time of order. This will quarantee the item for you once it arrives in our shop. If you change your mind after the item is ordered, we will return your deposit less a stocking fee.
4. Is there Sales Tax on you items?
Yes, for sales within Canada, we charge the tax for your region. We are located in Nova Scotia and have a 14% sales tax.
